Odoo implementation pricing, without the discovery call
Most partners will not quote an Odoo implementation until you have sat through a sales process. Here are our actual prices, what they include, what they exclude, and the honest answer to which projects cost more than the package price.
An Odoo project has three costs, not one
Almost every confusing Odoo quote comes from mixing these together. They are separate invoices, from separate companies, on separate billing cycles.
Implementation
From $384.00 one-off
Configuring Odoo to run your business: module setup, tax and compliance configuration, data migration, training and go-live. This is a fixed-price package when your scope fits Basic, and a scoped quote when it does not.
Software licensing
From $0
Odoo Community carries no licence fee. Odoo Enterprise licensing starts from $13.60 per user per month. Your real number depends on user count, edition, apps, region and any promotion Odoo is running β Odoo sets prices by geography rather than one global rate. We size it with you, but you pay Odoo, not us.
Hosting
Varies
Self-hosted on your own infrastructure, Odoo SaaS, or Odoo.sh. Self-hosted and Odoo SaaS are both covered by the Basic implementation package; Odoo.sh deployment sits in Custom because of the staging, source-control and pipeline work involved.

Will your project cost the package price?

Odoo implementation cost, answered
How much does an Odoo implementation cost?
Our Core ERP Implementation is a fixed $897.00 one-off. That covers Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting and Point of Sale configured, standard Odoo reporting, a basic data migration, and 10 training hours plus 10 implementation hours. CRM implementation is $697.00, Payroll implementation is $384.00, and Fiscalization licensing is $30.00 per month. Those are published prices, not starting points that move after a discovery call. What sits outside them is Odoo's own software licensing, which you pay directly to Odoo, and hosting. The reason you see wildly different numbers quoted elsewhere for "Odoo implementation" is that most partners quote a scoped project β discovery, development, integration, change management β and bundle licensing into the same figure. We separate them, because conflating the two is how businesses end up surprised at renewal.
Why is your implementation price lower than other quotes I have seen?
Because it is a package, not a project. The Basic price buys proven Odoo configuration across defined modules with a defined number of hours β we are not rebuilding your processes from scratch, we are configuring a system that already does what most businesses need. That works for a large share of small and mid-sized businesses, and we would rather sell them a package they can afford than a discovery engagement they do not need. Where a business genuinely needs custom development, bespoke reporting, complex integrations or a difficult legacy migration, we quote that as Custom after discovery, and those quotes look much more like the figures you have seen elsewhere. The honest version is: some projects are $897 projects and some are not, and we tell you which one you are before you commit.
What is the difference between Odoo pricing and Odoo implementation pricing?
Odoo pricing usually means the software licence β what Odoo charges you per user per month to use Enterprise, or nothing at all if you run Community. Odoo implementation pricing means what a partner charges to make that software actually run your business: configuring modules, migrating data, setting up tax and compliance, training your team and getting you live. They are separate invoices from separate companies. A search for "Odoo pricing" mostly returns Odoo's own licence tiers; a search for "Odoo implementation pricing" is asking what the project costs. This page answers the second question. Our full package matrix, with every included and excluded line item, is on the pricing page.
Is the fixed price genuinely fixed?
Yes, as long as the scope stays inside Basic. The package price covers the listed modules, the stated training and implementation hours, and go-live. If you run past those hours, additional hours are quoted upfront at our standard rate and no further work happens until you approve it in writing β we do not bill past agreed hours and present the invoice afterwards. What moves you off the fixed price is scope, not time: custom development, extended reporting, custom workflows, Odoo.sh deployment or a complex legacy migration all move the engagement to Custom. Custom is scoped after a discovery session, documented, and quoted against the hours actually required, so you see both the scope and the number before signing.
Does implementation cost include training?
Yes. Core ERP Implementation includes 10 training hours and Payroll includes 4, and those hours are part of the package price rather than an add-on. Training is the line most often cut from cheap ERP quotes and it is the line that most often decides whether an implementation succeeds, so we build it in. On Custom engagements training hours are scoped to your team size and module footprint rather than fixed. Training runs by video call, by phone, and on site where the engagement warrants it, and we train the people who will use the system daily rather than only the finance lead.
What ongoing costs should I budget for after go-live?
Three. Odoo software licensing, billed by Odoo on your user count and apps. Hosting, whether that is your own infrastructure, Odoo SaaS or Odoo.sh. And, where it applies, Fiscalization licensing at $30.00 per month, which covers keeping your revenue-authority compliant document templates current as the rules change. An ongoing support retainer is optional and quoted separately β the implementation package covers configuration, training and go-live, not an open-ended support commitment. Payroll licensing is also separate from the $384.00 Payroll implementation fee, and is charged per employee on its own pricing brackets.
